Privacy Policy

The short version: All apps developed by Persue Apps LLC do not collect, transmit, store, share, or sell any personal information — ever. Everything you enter stays on your device. There are no servers. There are no accounts. We see nothing. One exception applies to GameTab, which connects to third-party services to fetch game data and market prices — details in Section 4.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("Apps") developed and published by Persue Apps LLC on the Apple App Store. This includes all current and future apps published under this developer account. By using any of our Apps, you agree to the terms described below.

For nearly all of our Apps: We collect no information. None.

Our Apps do not collect, record, store, transmit, or process any personal data, usage data, analytics data, or any other form of information from you or your device. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Your location, GPS data, or IP address
• Any content you create or enter within any of our Apps
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprinting data
• Usage statistics, crash reports, or analytics of any kind
• Payment or financial information of any kind
• Photos, files, or media you add to any of our Apps
• Any other personal or non-personal data whatsoever

GameTab exception: When you search for a game or view market prices in GameTab, the app sends the search term or game title to third-party APIs in order to return game metadata, cover art, and pricing data. These requests do not include your name, Apple ID, or any personal identifier. However, the third-party services have their own data practices outside of our control — see Section 4 for details.

All data you enter into any of our Apps is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device storage. This data never leaves your device under any circumstances, with the exception noted in Section 4 for GameTab's third-party lookups.

If you use iCloud Backup and your device backs up to iCloud, Apple may include our Apps' local data in that backup. This is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy and is outside of our control.

Nearly all of our Apps use no third-party services of any kind. We do not integrate with:

• Advertising networks of any kind
• Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel)
• Crash-reporting tools (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry)
• Social login or third-party authentication services

GameTab uses the following third-party services:

• Game Database & Cover Art — When you search for a game, GameTab queries a third-party game database API to retrieve titles, cover images, and platform information. The search term you type is sent to this service. No personal information is included.
• Market Pricing Data — Live market values (loose, CIB, sealed) are fetched from a third-party pricing service using the game title and platform. No personal information is included.
• Apple StoreKit (Subscriptions & Purchases) — GameTab Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive, store, or have access to your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data: apple.com/legal/privacy.

Because these third-party providers may log API requests on their own infrastructure, we cannot guarantee their data practices. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Some of our Apps use Apple's local notification system to send reminders or alerts. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are never routed through our servers. We do not use push notifications that require a server. You can disable notifications for any of our Apps at any time in your iPhone's Settings app.

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no information from anyone — and GameTab's third-party lookups contain no personal identifiers — this requirement is satisfied by design.

Because all of our Apps store data locally on your device and transmit nothing personally identifiable, the security of your data is protected by your device's built-in security features — including device passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID encryption provided by iOS. We encourage you to keep your device and iOS up to date.

To delete all data associated with any of our Apps, simply delete that app from your iPhone. Since all data is stored only on your device, deleting the app permanently removes everything. There is no account to close, no server-side data to request deletion of, and no further steps required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. This single policy covers all current and future apps published under our developer account. Continued use of any of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
