Persue is a Bible reading and memorization application designed to help users engage with Scripture through reading plans, memory verses, and progress tracking.

Persue operates primarily on-device and does not require user accounts or server-based data storage.

Persue is intended for users of all ages. By using the app, you represent that you are legally permitted to use the app under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the app.

By using Persue, you agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Use the app in a manner consistent with its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the app

Persue:

Any interpretations or applications of Scripture are the responsibility of the user.

All app design, features, structure, and original content are owned by Persue or its developer, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the app without permission.

Bible text included in the app may be from public domain translations or used in accordance with applicable licenses. Persue does not claim ownership over Scripture.

Your use of Persue is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

In summary:

• Persue stores data locally on your device
• Persue does not collect or sell personal data
• Optional iCloud syncing is handled by Apple

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Persue and its developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Persue at any time by uninstalling the app.
